Hi,
I'm Cole Russell
and at Athlete Mental Game Coaching, we help soccer players go from "chasing the standard" in their team to "setting the standard" for their team without letting fear hold them back...
Your basic level, most athletes fall under this category. Your coach or some teammates set the standard for you, and every day you are trying to chase this standard. Most days you fail to follow the standards set for you.
Your mid-tier level, I would say around 30-40% of athletes fall under this. Again, your coach or some teammates set the standard for you, but the difference here is that you can uphold what is expected of you. Nothing more, nothing less.
This is your 1% type of athlete. This athlete IS the standard. How they think, how they act, and how they operate on a daily basis. Their teammates look to them to solve their problems. Everyone, even the coach sometimes, looks to them.
Proven techniques and personalized live coaching from All-Americans that know exactly what it takes to succeed and become a level 3 player...
Let me introduce myself, Cole Russell, and my good friend, Jake Crull. Jake and I played collegiate soccer together for 3 years. Throughout our playing and coaching careers, we have developed what it takes to dominate at the college level. The reason we feel so strongly about that is because it is exactly what we did to succeed. The good news? It's simple and repeatable.
Here is a VERY short summary of my first two years of college soccer: tears, failing, desire to quit and walk away from the sport I loved, and only 8 goals...I was a striker, so that number is not good...Now, here is a short summary of my next two years of college soccer AFTER training my mental game and turning my career around. 36 goals, 10 assists, 2x All-American, and Conference Offensive Player of the Year.
Unlike me, Jake had a strong mentality from the beginning and put it to work right away. Jake had 23 goals and 50 assists throughout his career while also being a 2x All-American AND 2x Conference Player of the Year.
Do you want to know how to "Set The Standard" for your team?
WHAT WE FOCUS ON
By prioritizing these four areas of your game, you will no longer have to look to someone else for how to act...You will be looking in the mirror...
Testimonials
from athletes just like you
I never really thought about how important my mental game was, until I heard about AMGC from a friend. As soon as I got started with them - I was all in. AMGC has helped me so much, whether that be as a player or as a person. I've become more disciplined, confident, less stressed, and more motivated to do things that are outside of my comfort zone. I can't thank AMGC enough!

When I first started with AMGC, I was trying to figure out what it meant to be mentally tough and how to get there. Now? I know how to control my mentality on AND off the court. I feel mentally strong in every area of my life. Now I can teach others to feel the same.
